Pumpkin Bread

This is the recipe for the Pumpkin Bread made by Judy Childs at the October meeting:

Pumpkin Bread

3-1/2 cups sifted plain flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1-1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
3 cups sugar
4 eggs
1-1/2 to 2 cups pumpkin
1 cup oil
2/3 cup water

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into two loaf pans. Cook at 325 degrees for 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes.
